Madison is loving preschool. Here’s the hat she made:

She wouldn’t let me take a picture of it on her head. She keeps trying to read for me. She’ll show me stuff and tell me what she thinks it says. It is actually quite funny. She took the directions for Old Maid, and told me it said that she should win. I have heard that when you are trying to teach your kids to read you should leave the closed captioning on the tv. I don’t know if that really works or not, but it does sound like it could. I do think she is a little young for reading at this point. However, they are teaching her to make her letters. That is probably the first step.
