Shop Local & Celebrate Neighborhood Toy Store Day On Nov. 10th!

Neighborhood toy stores and specialty toy retailers will celebrate Neighborhood Toy Store Day in the United States. Initiated by the American Specialty Toy Retailing Association (ASTRA), the day encourages shoppers to remember the local businesses at the heart of the toy industry as they kick off the holiday shopping season. The day will offer deals and discounts, fun in-store events and hands-on, out-of-the-box experiences for children, ahead of Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday. The annual occasion is perhaps even more noteworthy this year, as many shoppers consider where to shop now that Toys ‘R Us has closed.

As I am sure you know, in neighborhood toy stores, shoppers can find a high quality, carefully curated selection of the best toys and games along with an exceptional and personal shopping experience, aided by experts in play. You can find your local store here: www.astratoy.org/shop-local/store-finder.

Make sure you mark yourr calendars and stop by a neighborhood toy store on November 10!
