I am always a fan of great moving boxes. Before I was in second grade, I had moved 7 times, so I totally get moving. Moving tends to stink. Packing stinks too. However, a good moving box can make this tedious task much more enjoyable. Since I am not moving anytime soon, I ask my good friend Joanna to try out the SmoothMoveSupplies. As anyone who has ever had to move knows, it is a PAIN!! However, as I start the awful process of packing up the rooms I have Bankers Boxes to ease this pain. These boxes are actually really neat! I opened the cumbersome packaging (afraid that these boxes were going to weigh a ton by themselves) and found 10 flat “small” boxes. These “small” boxes are the perfect size for packing books, cds, movies, pictures, etc. And boy can they hold the small stuff!! They are super easy to assemble-they are one piece that folds and tucks to perfect box form-no lids, no tucking odd sides, NO TAPE NEEDED!

I took these small boxes to my oldest daughter’s room to start there. I used 1 small box and maybe a little less than half of another to box up a three shelf bookshelf that was completely full of books! I really was amazed at how much fit in the boxes and how sturdy these boxes are! The bottoms of the boxes are so strong there is no caving and I am not afraid of them falling apart as I carry them. Usually I tape the bottoms of boxes for fear of contents crashing through as I move but these did not need it. They are great!

The large mirror/picture boxes are a great size, especially if you have large mirrors to move or big pictures-although I found them more difficult to figure out the folding ends so as to close them. But again, they are very sturdy!! These Bankers Boxes are wonders for anyone moving and I highly recommend them. Even my girls love the boxes!! I found my 2 youngest packing all of their stuffed animals (and themselves) into the boxes that these Bankers Boxes were shipped in!!! When 2 children and 20 stuffed animals fit into a box that doesn’t break, I’M CONVINCED these are great boxes!!
