Snow?

WTF?  I have a severe weather alert thing on my browser.  It was showing me there was an alert (which is surprising, since being cold it is pretty boring out there).  I got this:

A QUICK BURST OF SNOW WILL QUICKLY MOVE THROUGH COOK COUNTY THROUGH MIDNIGHT TONIGHT. LITTLE TO NO ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED OUT OF THIS SNOW…BUT VISIBILITIES MAY BRIEFLY BE REDUCED IN THE HEAVIEST AREAS OF THE SNOW SQUALL. AFTER THIS BAND MOVES THROUGH…A LINGERING FLURRY MAY BE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.

Umm, what???  I have a plane to catch tomorrow.  It sure better not snow!!!

  1. Strange! A snow squall. That's a new one on me. Of course, being in landlocked Colorado, we don't have squalls of any kind. LOL Hope your flight goes well!

  2. Our forecaster mentioned earlier this week that one of the weather models showed a chance for snow. I was actually hoping for it, but they've since decided it's going to be a nice, warm weekend.
