Surprise! Attending The Guardians Of The Galaxy 1 Event

You might recall my trip to LA last November to see a certain blockbuster that swept the nation and captured kids’ imaginations. If your children are still humming “Let It Go” and asking to build snowmen, you know the one. Naturally, when the opportunity arose to bring you on my next LA adventure to the Guardians Of The Galaxy 1 Event, I couldn’t resist!

There’s an exciting itinerary planned! I’ll be departing on July 16th and returning on July 19th. For those who know me personally, I’ll be away over Bill’s birthday. (He’s asked for Guardians of The Galaxy figures—not our 7-year-old son, but my soon-to-be 37-year-old husband!)

Here’s a sneak peek at what’s in store:

Guardians of the Galaxy 1

Bill is absolutely dying to catch this film, so naturally, he’s a bit envious that I can’t just pack him into my suitcase and bring him along. One of the highlights of my trip will be interviewing various members of the cast and filmmakers behind the movie! While they haven’t disclosed exactly who I’ll get to interview, I’d be over the moon to chat with any of them—especially if it’s Chris Pratt, Vin Diesel, or Bradley Cooper. Just the thought of it makes my heart race!

The Hundred Foot Journey

During my stay, I’ll also have the opportunity to attend an exclusive advance screening of The Hundred Foot Journey, set to hit theaters on August 8th. Following the screening, I’ll be interviewing with none other than actor Manish Dayal.

Le Cordon Bleu Los Angeles

Hold on a moment… Did you hear that right? You bet! I have the incredible chance to participate in a cooking lesson at Le Cordon Bleu Los Angeles, and guess what—it’s inspired by the film! Now, for someone like me who’s not a kitchen expert, this opportunity thrilled me!

Alexander and The Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day

I’ve read “Alexander and The Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day” countless times to my kids, so you can imagine my excitement to see it come to life on the big screen finally!

Big Hero 6

My husband is absolutely green with envy that I’ll have the opportunity to preview exclusive footage from the highly anticipated Walt Disney Studios animated film Big Hero 6, which is set to hit theaters on November 7th. Not only that, but I’ll also get to participate in a Q&A session with the filmmakers! From what little I’ve seen of this movie so far, it looks absolutely breathtaking!

But wait… there’s more!

ABC Family

As a huge fan of ABC Family, I’m incredibly thrilled that we’ll have the opportunity to meet several cast members from not just one or two but three of their fantastic shows!

First up on our itinerary is a visit to the set of the exciting new TV show Mystery Girls, airing Wednesdays at 7:30/8:30 pm EST—a highlight my sister is particularly thrilled about! We’ll get to observe production and meet Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth!

Following that, we’ll be introduced to the cast of the delightful new TV series Young & Hungry, which airs Wednesdays at 7:00/8:00 p.m. EST.

Lastly, we’ll have the pleasure of meeting the cast of the compelling drama Chasing Life. This airs Tuesdays at 8:00 pm/9:00 pm EST. This show resonates deeply with me. It’s all about embracing life to the fullest and recognizing that each day brings unique possibilities.

This upcoming trip promises to be an unforgettable adventure filled with exciting encounters! I can’t wait to share all the highlights and behind-the-scenes moments with you!

Stay tuned for more updates! Follow along as I embark on this fantastic journey to the Guardians Of The Galaxy 1 Event.
