As many of you know, I turned 40 this year. That means skincare is the top of my list of things I need to take care of! I like looking young and would like to keep it that way! With the crazy weather here in Chicago (summer, where are you?), I currently have super dry skin. Having to constantly kick in my heat (I don't do cold) is definitely doing a job on my skin. One day it is 70 here and the next we are kicking in the heat because there is frost on the ground! It is totally crazy temperature wise, and my skin is feeling its effects. I don't use a lot of products, but what I do, I want it to be easy and I want it to work!

There are products out there than can help me and you! Glow by Nature Made® – Skin Moisture is a line of supplements that are formulated to help skin stay moisturized from the inside out†. No more having to remember to lather yourself up or having to touch lotion (Bill hates the texture of moisturizer which is why I bring this up). It helps support skin hydration in as little as 15 days*,¥,† (love how quickly it can work) and helps with skin smoothness, suppleness, and firmness*,¥,†. I know these are things we are all looking for! You can find this in the vitamin/supplement aisle of Target, as well as online if you can't find it at your local Target. They also have a few other products you may want to try depending on your needs: Glow by Nature Made® – Skin Moisture + Sleep (the melatonin helps support sleep†) and Glow by Nature Made® – Skin Moisture + Hair and Nails (where the biotin may help support healthy hair, skin, and nails‡). Best of all, you can save 10% off on Target.com (online only) using promo code: GLOW through 5/27!

How do you take care of your skin? What are the benefits you look for when trying a health supplement?

*For adults with dry skin. ¥ 70 mg of Ceramosides®

‡Biotin may help support healthy hair, skin and nails in those that are biotin deficient.†

I have great skin, but as I get older I think I should probably start doing something to make sure it lasts. This sounds like an awesome product.

Really nice that this Glow products works so well for you. As we age our skin needs more moisturizing. I would have to check the price and see where to find this in the stores.

  3. Alli Smith

I had the best skin when I was younger! I always took great care of my skin (still do) but now that I’m older I have to take more care to ensure my skin is healthy and looks good.

  4. Jeanette

I could definitely use something like this. My skin is always dry and lotion does not seem to help it. I will have to check this one out.

  5. Anosa

I guess supplements is really needed especially when you are getting old. This one is nice that it keeps our skin moisturized which makes us feel better.

Hands up I don’t take care of my skin as much as I should, I love the sound of Glow I’m going to have to see if I can pick some up as I definitely need to give it some TLC.

  7. Jaime Nicole

I take care of my skin by wearing sunscreen every day! I will definitely have to check out Glow – I can use all the help I can get as I get older!

It is so important to take care of your skin. After all, it is your largest organ. This supplement sounds really nice.

  9. Anita Anderson

I did not know that there are supplements for your skin. I take care of my skin with witch hazel.

I have not heard of this brand but I am always on the lookout for new skincare products. Will give this a try once I run out of my current product!

I suffer from severe dried skin when I was in college. I know how helpful skin moisturizers are.

  12. I admittedly don’t usually do enough for my skin. My doctor recently scolded me to moisturize my legs more because dry legs are more prone to certain problems.

I guess I will recommend this to my aunt who struggles with dry skin and keeps trying out new things. Dry skin needs moisturiser and this product does look good.

  14. Jenny

I use masks and creams to help moisturize my skin but I didn’t know they made pills. That seems so much easier.

I didnt know Nature Made had these supplements for skin! Glow from the inside out

  16. My Teen Guide

Supplements really help to care for our skin from the inside out. I do take supplements, but my issue is consistency. I always forget to take them everyday.

  17. Amanda Dorich

I really need to take better care of my skin as I get older! I will have to try this!

  18. Annemarie LeBlanc

I take care of my skin by regular exfoliation, moisturizers, sunscreen and of course I take supplements and lots of water too. Works well for me!

I need to get better at taking care of my skin. I have been very low maintenance with it in the past but I know that I will regret it. I want my skin to be healthy long term.
