The Extraordinary Adventures of Adèle Blanc-Sec

Screen Shot 2013-07-21 at 1.20.00 PMLike Indiana Jones? If you do, then you have to watch The Extraordinary Adventures of Adèle Blanc-Sec. It's not full of the Hollywood cliche's we are all so use to. The Extraordinary Adventures of Adèle Blanc-Sec is based off a comic in France.

Adele Blanc-Sec is a young reporter in 1912. She has a quest for the power of life over death. This takes her to distant lands inlcuding heading to Egypt to tackle mummies of all shapes sizes! There is also a story about a 136 million year old pterodactyl egg that has hatched. However, none of this fazes Adele Blanc-Sec!

My thoughts? This movie really isn't like anything you've seen. I love that the hero is a woman. You don't see that often! It is a crazy adventure to watch and I highly recommend it!
