Warning: Talking about women’s body parts

I just came across an interesting article for anyone who has had a vaginal birth with their children. A study was done and hey found that muscle damage caused from childbirth is associated with pelvic organ prolapse. This is when you have a fallen bladder, uterus, vagina, or lower bowel. Yes, this really does happen. I use to work in an urology office and we constantly were fixing fallen bladders. To quote the article, “particularly high rates of pelvic organ prolapse were associated with the use of forceps during vaginal delivery.”

This article slightly worries me. Madison was a natural birth and this next baby will be too. It states in the article not to run out and get a C-section but just tells you enough to get you worried.
