It’s What’s On The Inside That Counts #PowerofthePeanut #sponsored

Raise your hand if you are a parent. Okay, I know that I am not the only one who has told my kids to do their best. To try their best. To be the best person they can be, because what really matters in life is what's on the inside. It doesn't matter if your exterior is drop dead gorgeous if your inside is ugly and useless. Sometimes us adults need to be reminded of this. We too are bombarded with images that make us forget what really is important in life.

Think about peanuts. If you look a peanut shell, what do you think about? Do you find it pretty? I would think most people would say no. However, the inside of a peanut is yummy goodness. I love to eat peanuts myself (and they have always worked well in my diet!). Did you know that peanuts have 6 essential nutrients? I know I didn't! I just knew that a handful of peanuts usually makes my stomach stop growling when I need a snack. Listen to what Mr. Peanut has to say about what's on the inside:

Science doesn't lie because it's made of facts. That fact is peanuts are successful because on the inside, they provide us with things are body needs like niacin (which we need for skin health). If you don't take care of the inside, the outside will eventually fail.

Who knew how powerful peanuts really are? What traits do you have that makes you successful in life? Do you believe what's on the inside determines your success?
