Today is Friday the 13th. You know, the day that all the bad luck you have comes to a head. If you are going to have a bad day, today is that day. That is why it is perfect that Bad Hair Day comes out tonight on the Disney Channel! This is a must watch all you Disney fans at 8/7 central!
Bad Hair Day is a buddy comedy about a high school tech-whiz whose prom day abruptly shifts into a wild ride across town, thanks to a down-on-her-luck cop and a jewel thief. By abruptly, I mean, do you see her hair? Unfortunately, her hair isn’t the only thing that goes wrong on her prom day. You name, it happens.
I love that this movie is about girl power. There is no man saving the day. The women in this film manage to handle themselves perfectly fine as every bad thing that could happen does. (I would have freaked out in real life if everything went wrong on my prom day!). It’s also a movie about learning to love yourself. As a blogger, I loved the references to SQL, online voting, and SEO.
This is truly a family fun movie. No sex, no violence, just a wholesome family movie. My 11 year old is dying to see this, so I know what we’ll be watching tonight!

Me and my niece enjoyed this show on Friday. We had so many amazing laughs and a great way to bond on a Friday.
