Why You Need To Go To Raging Waves This Weekend

Untitled drawing

It is hard to belive summer is almost over! This has been an extremely weird weather year for us here in Chicago. I’ve come up with a list of why you need to spend your last weekend of summer here at Raging Waves.

  1. Its going to be hot, hot, hot this week.  After a week of temperatures in the 90s, all you are going to want to do is spending your weekend at an awesome waterpark like Raging Waves.
  2. The Best Deal Ever is back.  This is an amazing deal for the best waterpark in Illinois.  Here’s what you will get:
  • A season pass for the rest of the 2015 waterpark season
  • A season pass for the 2016 waterpark season
  • Two complimentary 2016 weekday general admission tickets
  • 10% off at the Outback Trading Company for 2015 and 2016
  • $2 off a rental tube for the 2015 and 2016 waterpark seasons
  • $1 off preferred parking for the 2015 and 2016 waterpark seasons
  • Save $10 off of one guest general admission ticket any weekday during the 2015 and 2016 waterpark seasons. All for $64.99!This amazing offer is only valid until September 1, 2015. To purchase, click on this link and purchase your 2016 season pass. When you arrive at Raging Waves, bring the voucher to Guest Services to get your 2015 Season Pass! (2016 season pass and complimentary tickets will be available for pickup in May 2016)

    3.  They have great programs they work with.  Donate a new or gently-used backpack and receive $5 off a full-priced over 48? general admission ticket (regularly priced at $29.99).Backpacks will be donated to Project Just Start. In the 10 communities that Project Just Start assists, there are over 23,000 people living below poverty.  In the past three years, Project Just Start has provided over 2,000 fully loaded backpacks to students in 28 different schools.  This year, the goal is 2,500.  Be a part of helping another child while you are out and having fun!

    4.  Parking is free in the attached lot. Preferred parking (closer to the gate) is available for $7 a car.  This is Chicago.  Where else can we park for free?

    5.  There is ton of food all over the park.  You can get everything from subs to hot dogs to ice cream.  There is something for everyone to enjoy, and the prices are very reasonable.  I personally love their 4 hots dog, 4 drinks and a bucket of fries deal!  Also, if you have food allergies, just give them a call the day before you go!  They will happily go over with you what you can and can’t have.  They want to make sure you enjoy every aspect of your trip.

Raging Waves is one of those companies who you love to support.  It is a very clean, very fun waterpark right in our backyard.  Who doesn’t love a good waterpark?

Head on out to Raging Waves this holiday weekend!  What’s your favoritest part of a water park?  (My kids love the wave pool and my husband loves the lazy river.)

  2. actually i am so ready for fall ! can’t handle the heat too well. I would love to visit Boston! Sounds like a beautiful city with many things to do

  3. You know, I love those wave parks. When I was in Illinois this summer I should have taken my niece to one! Next year definitely (and now I know to look out for the deals)

  4. This sounds like an amazing water park indeed and would be a great way to end the summer. It would also be a great way to save and donate to children too. Thanks for sharing these awesome deals at Raging Waves.

  5. Water Parks are fun all the time! I love them and my family is all over that during the summer. We do have the beach near us, but with all the attractions the water parks have, the beach has stiff competition 🙂
