Instructions

  • Cut off the bottom of a brown paper bag.

  • Slide the brown paper bag without the bottom over the top of another brown paper bag.

  • Add treats to the bag.
  • Place a twig into the bag and tie a piece of twine around the middle of the bag.

  • Cut strips from the bottom and top of the outside bag. You will quickly see a broomstick taking shape!
