Fill 1/4 of the bottom pot with water and place on medium heat
Place the second pot on top for a few minutes to get hot
Add the bag of chocolate melts to the top pop
Dip in your oreo until fully coated
Using a fork, pick up the oreo from the bottom and lightly tap the edge of the pot so extra chocolate can fall off
Place onto the cookie sheet lined with wax paper
Let sit for 10 minutes in the fridge to harden
Clean out the top pot so that you can use it again for the white chocolate melts
Once melted add into the piping bag
Wrap a paper towel around the bag so that you don't burn your hand
Pipe on the skull and crossbones
Let sit for 30 minutes to an hour so that your cookie can harden
