Easy Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. 
  • Add carrots, celery, onion, and season with salt and pepper.  Then saute until tender about 10 minutes. 
  • Add garlic, and then saute for 1 minute. 
  • Add chicken broth, and then bring to a boil. 
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper and add it to the boiling chicken broth along with noodles. Turn heat down to medium and then simmer.  Stir occasionally until noodles are cooked through. 
  • Taste, then adjust salt and pepper and serve.
