Excellent Back To School Shopping At Chicago Ridge Mall

Back-to-school season is here, and if you’re looking for one-stop shopping that makes checking off your list a breeze, Chicago Ridge Mall has you covered. From trendy fashion finds to school supplies, backpacks, and dorm essentials, it’s the perfect place to gear up for the new year. With a great mix of national brands and local favorites, plus plenty of food spots to keep you fueled, shopping at Chicago Ridge Mall turns a back-to-school errand into a fun family outing.

One of the reason I love Chicago Ridge Mall is that they have a family lounge. I wish it was there when my kids were little.  It’s a great area to take your kids if you are breastfeeding or if you are there with your son, and he’s too young to send into the men’s room by himself.  (That’s how I use it!).  We also have the only Aldi store that is attached to a mall!  I swear they have the cheapest milk in the area!  Also, the closest Dairy Queen is here too!

All that shopping makes you crave a blizzard!  We also have an actual bookstore

and toy store in Chicago Ridge Mall.

Both of those kind of stores are hard to find in malls now!  That’s why Chicago Ridge is always so busy.  The stores in our mall are the top producing ones in the region and sometimes in the nation!  We are even getting a Red Robin in November.  I’m so excited!

I have to tell you about this amazing program going on right now called Oh So Simple.  

As you can see, there is a ton of signage all over the mall.  You earn $10 for every $250 you spend in the mall (which is so easy to do back to school shopping!).  It’s Oh, So Simple to sign up!

You put your name, email, and mobile number.  Then, you swipe the credit card that you used at the mall.  Seriously, that’s it.  Once you spend $250, Oh So Simple will credit $10 onto that credit card.  I love it so much!  Plus, they give you some pretty sweet deals too via mobile texting!

I mean you can use it everywhere from Kohls to Payless to Hollister to H&M.  

For us, our first stop was for gym shoes and socks!  After a whole night of shopping, we worked up an appetite.  Of course, we headed over to the new Miller’s Ale House.  If you haven’t been there yet, it’s so amazing.  Their food is excellent, kids eat free on Tuesdays, and their service has always been top-notch for us.  They are part of the mall, so the Oh So Simple program works there too!
