If you have read any of the Elephant & Piggie series of books, you will love Happy Pig Day. It is about Piggie being super excited about Happy Pig Day and Gerald the elephant feeling left out. However, there is a surprise ending (that I didn’t even see coming!) This story is simple enough that both my 4 year old and 7 year old can both read it and enjoy. The simple illustrations tell the entertaining story.
Happy Pig Day is an excellent addition to any library!
