Did you know that 90% of American homes maintain a household conductive to allergies? Did you know that 2 in 5 adults admit they have never checked their home for mold or other household allergens? Crazy, isn’t it? As a person who is allergic to life itself (and I’ve been tested — I really am — I am allergic to everything from dust to cockroaches), I need all the help I can get in my house.
A product I have been using for years is Pledge. I use it for several reasons. First of all, it works. Did you know Pledge removes up to 84% of dangerous household allergens found in dust? This is why it works so well. Their anti dust formula removes dust, dirt, smudges, and common allergens found in dust such as pet dander and pollen. I personally love that I get to dust less. With two kids, 5 blogs, and a part time job, I don’t have time to mess around. Another thing that I love about Pledge is that when you use it, you don’t have a ton of dust flying around in the air (which is the worst for my allergies).
Now, since I love my Pledge Natural Beauty Furniture Polish so much I’d love to give one away to one of you. Here’s what you need to do:
Each of these gives you one entry:
1. Leave a comment on this post. Check out the Pledge site and tell me why you learned there. (for example, your house accumulates around 40 lbs of dust a year!)
2. Twitter about this contest. Please leave me your username so I can verify.
3. Stumble this post. If you don’t know what Stumble Upon is, please read Lori’s post at Blogging Cents. She explains it extremely well.
4. Add this post to other social media sites like Digg, Kirtsy, Blogging Zoom, Reddit, Propeller, Etc. (1 entry for each social network).
Each of these gives you 5 additional entries,
1. Blog about this on your blog. Please give me the URL, so I can verify.
2. Add this to any forums you belong too. Please give me the URL, so I can verify.
3. Subscribe to this blog using either my email or RSS feed

Pledge® can be used for a quick cleaning and shining of your car’s exterior. You can also spray a cloth or rag with Pledge® to clean the dirt and grime from the outside wall of your car tires.
I'm with you, Lisa, I am allergic to EVERYTHING and have also used Pledge forever. Sometimes I think Pledge was actually lying in the cradle next to me…I just always remember that lemon smell around. My mom always used it so when it was time to start cleaning my house, of course, I started using it to. It works–so why change, right??
Anyway, what I learned from the Pledge site was something that will make your skin feel a bit creepy and crawly next time you haven't dusted in a while…

I have been using Pledge for years, in fact my Mum used to use it when I was growing up. The only complaint I have is that when I use it on the desk I put the laptop on, the laptop slides around 🙂 Easily fixable though…
I like the new pet hair sweeper. Too cool I need one with two dogs.
