Equipment
- Cups
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Swedish Fish
- 1 pkg cool whip
Jello Layer
- 1 pkg blue jello
- 1 cup boiling water
Creamy Layer
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 pkg gelatin
- ½ cup cold water
- 1 cup boiling water

- In a mixing bowl, add the blue jello.
- Add in 1 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved.
- Add the cold water and stir.
- Divide the among evenly among your cups. I use a 1/4 cup to make sure my layers are even
- Place the cups in the fridge to set.

- Add the creamy layer once the jello is set, making it as thick or thin as you like.
- Once the cream layer is set, add the next jello layer.
- Top eachcup with a dollop of Cool Whip and a red fish candy.
