egg white

Instructions
Unwrap the Ding Dongs and place them onto a cookie sheet fitted with wax paper.
Using a standing mixer, add in the powdered sugar, egg white, cream of tartar, and vanilla.
Mix on medium speed for about 5-6 minutes.
Once stiff peaks form, scoop the icing into 3 bowls and add a few drops of black food coloring into one bowl to make grey icing.
In the second bowl, add a few drops of red food coloring and mix
Leave the third bowl white.
Scoop the icings into a piping bag, one for each color.
Pipe the face lining of the vampire and fill in.
Place two edible eyes on the face.
Take the red piping bag and pipe a line for a small pipe on two fangs.
