Did you know that many liquid fabric softeners contain softening oils? I know I didn’t! Why is that bad? Well, fabrics that are suppose to wick away moisture don’t work when covered with those oils! That is why I am glad we use Purex Crystals.
Since I live in Chicago, using fabric softener is a must especially in the winter time. Bill HATES (and I capitalize that word because I cannot tell you how much he hates) fabric softener sheets. They always seem to get stuck in his clothes, and he’ll be at work pulling them out. Or they are sitting all over our bedroom, because I never seem to get around to throwing them away. Needless to say, he doesn’t like them at all. However, Purex has alleviated that for us.
With the Purex Crystals, all you have to do is add them into your wash. I’ve tried both the fresh spring waters and the tropical splash scents and love them both. Purex crystals are 92% natural crystals, so they spend more time in your laundry. They can be safely used on athletic wear, towels, children’s sleepwear, bras, and everything else you can think of!
