Oh yes he did! 8 gold medals in one Olympics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Some of the races were completely nail biting. Go USA!
That was amazing to watch. That would be so hard to have some races by team events like that where you are not 100% in control of the outcome. I loved seeing Spitz from 72 with the full head of hair, baggy trunks, etc.
it truly was a little bit awe inspiring to watch him dominate that event. and surprising as well, since with all the training and technology available to these competitors, you'd think the field would be wide open.
yeah,,he break record too, doesnt he??
go go USA
The world are all amazed by Michael Phelps .He got 8 gold.He creat new history.
Yes he did! And yes they were, especially the last two, don't you think?

Incredible, isn't it? I read today that it can never be replicated. Very cool!
Nail biting? Are you talking about the one that he won by 0.01 second?
What a great come back that was!
Watching him race was such a sight to watch. I witnessed history. Although his races were great I think the opening ceremony was the best in history.
I'm totally amazed with this guy. What an awesome athlete. Good going Micheal. Wow, 8 gold medals.
Michael Phelps is pretty amazing. Good for him.
That was amazing! I am so glad he was able to do it! New World Record holder for the most gold medals! 🙂
