I own a regular Dyson vacuum and totally love it. I bought ours several years ago, and it works just as good as it did the day I bought it. That is why I was totally excited to try out the Dyson V6 Absolute cordless vacuum.
This is the first reason I love the Dyson V6 Absolute cordless vacuum. My family fights over who gets to use it! If you know my husband, he isn't one to clean anything up! After putting this together (which took no time at all), he was vacuuming!
The Dyson V6 Absolute cordless vacuum comes with 2 cleaner heads in one machine. This is perfect if you are like me and have both hardwood floors and carpet in your house. The Dyson Fluffy is a soft roller cleaner head engineered to suck up both large dirt and fine dust simultaneously on hard floors. It gives you powerful cleaning without scratching. It is really soft. I love how well it works! (I am a person who was using her regular Dyson on the hardwood. My biggest pet peeve was that it shot the dirt and dust at times. This roller head solves that problem.) A second cleaner head features a direct-drive motor that creates 75% more brush bar power than DC59 Animal to better agitate carpet pile and tackle ground-in spills and stains. I'm not going to tell you how much dog hair we picked up. I love how easy it is to push. I used this to help keep my house clean. With the many attachments that come with, it made cleaning my stairs, my floors, and my furniture a breeze!
We have our Dyson V6 Absolute cordless vacuum hanging in the kitchen. I love how easy it is to take off the charger and do a quick run through of the first level of my house. Since it is cordless, you are left with a limited time you can use it before the battery runs out.
I can only recommend theDyson V6 Absolute cordless vacuum. It is my new little friend, because it just makes cleaning easier.

I love the cordless aspect of this Dyson because I would be able to use it anywhere in the house. I could really use a Dyson to get all of the cat hair of the floor.
That thing looks amazing! This is the perfect size for me, too! I have lots of hard to reach surfaces that are really difficult to get to.
I need this Dyson in my life! With my bad back, vacuuming is a pain, this one looks light weight and easy to tuck away.
This would make vacuuming the stares so much easier. I hate our stairs. If we ever have money again I want to have the carpeting removed on our stairs . Until then the dyson would be real handy.

I’m really considering a Dyson for our finshed basement area. We have Central Vac which is great, but it’s a wicked pain to lug the hose all the way down. I love that this is cordless!

I would love to have the cordless model for those days that you don’t really need to pull out the big boy vacuum. It would be perfect for little messes. I would probably use my full size vacuum less and less.

omg a cordless vacuum?!?! I so need one of these in my life! Getting tangled in cords and having the cord be a tad bit too short to finish a room are the worst parts of vacuuming!
I love Dyson vacuums! They are really efficient at getting up all the dirt and great with a hepa filter for people with allergies!

I loved my Dyson. It dies last year and I almost dried! I had it for almost a decade!
I love my Dyson!! After my daughter saw it and used it at our house, she decided she just had to have one, too. So for Christmas of 2013, we got her and her husband a Dyson Animal (because they live in a tiny apartment in NYC.) They still love theirs as much as I love mine. I highly recommend them.

Since I have hardwood or stone in every room but one bedroom, I absolutely love having a cordless vacuum. They Dyson has a lot of wonderful features and when my current cordless vacuum dies, I will look into getting one.

Looks like a great vaccum cleaner. I really like the cordless aspect, so that we can use it anywhere in the home and it looks so handy and light-weight as well. I always struggle with carpet cleaning using my old vaccum and this would be a great solution for sure. Would like to get one for my home.

I could help but chuckle when I saw the title to this post. I feel the exact same way about them both! I don’t have the cordless, but after reading this post I sure wish I did. I have the original and have had it now for about 8 years. I just love it. And I love to shop at Best Buy too.

Looks really easy to use, actually. All the dirt seem to be collected in a tiny compartment and nothing to drag around behind you.
Being cordless (oh how modern and trendy is that) is a cool feature too. One thing that discourages my cleaning enthusiasm is the fact I need to start one place and stop on a number of occasions simply to unplug the cord and plug in another outlet – very annoying. If all the cleaning could just be done in one go, that would be ideal.
