Holidays are a hectic time for everyone not only for buying gifts but also for cooking and entertaining in the days leading up to and including the holidays. For me, my family lives out of state. When they come to visit for the holidays, I don't just have them for one meal. I literally have family here for an extended period of time (usually, at least a weekend). I love products that make my life easier even if I have to give up my Christmas present to get nicer things for the house. I love the newest appliance technology that includes induction cooking that enables you to boil water in less than two minutes like the Frigidaire FGIF3061NF! (Plus induction reduces clean up time because spills don’t burn on. Hello, they must have seen my current stove. I also seem to be the only person in my house who knows how to wipe off the stove after they cook. I need this technology!). This Frigidaire range also includes a convection oven which circulates the air in the oven for quicker baking time. Love, love, love. Another great innovation within cooking are double ovens that let you cook two dishes at two different temperatures at once like the Whirlpool WGG555S0BS but still fits within the space of a standard range. I totally need this feature too. I also run into the fact that Madison's birthday is after Christmas, so basically we have everyone over for another holiday! With the size of Bill's family and mine, we have like 20 people here for just a small party!
