Though the road’s been rocky – #NSNation Update – Week 51 #samp

And not Rocky Road!

Can you all believe it? We’ve been on this weight loss journey for almost a year together. That being said, this is the beginning of the end of my partner in weight loss – Nutrisystem. Without them, none of this would have been possible! I’ve got about another week of food and then I am all on my own. Well, not really. They do have a transition kit I will be working with. I also will keep you all updated on the rest of my journey.

I’ll be honest I haven’t worked out enough in the last two weeks due to being sick and antibiotics which means my weight loss is still stalled. However, even so, I am proud to show you a few pictures of my journey (in case you haven’t been along for the whole ride). These were taken before I started. You know when you are fat, you know it. However, I don’t think you realize how fat you really are. I’ve seen a few pictures of myself and couldn’t believe that was me.

Along the way on this journey, I was able to make some very noticeable changes. Those pants that you see there. Those fit when I started this.

    wow Lisa I had no idea. Just look at you now! You should be so proud. Through healthy eating and exercise you’ve accomplished something that will make the rest of your life so much better. Congratulations. I too started a weight loss journey. looking forward to dropping the lbs along with you
