In a large mixing bowl, combine water, crushed tomataoes and diced tomatoes.
Cover the bottom of a 9x13x2 inch baking pan with 1 1/2 cups of sauce mx. Arrange 1/3 of noodles on top of the sauce, slighly overlapped. Tope with 1/2 of ricottta cheese, 1/2 of mozzerlla cheese, and 1 cup of cause. Repeat layers and top with tthe lat 1/3 noodles and remaining sauce. Sprinkle with remianing mozzarella nad Parmesan cheese.
Cover tighly with foil and bake for 1 - 1 1/2 hours until noodles are cooked.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
This recipe is for 12 servings, but you can divide the recipe into two 9x9 in baking dishes and freeze one.
