Instructions
Unwrap 2 Rolo candies and stack them on top of each other. Use melted chocolate to stick them together.
Break the toothpicks in half. Use the food dye to color them.
Brush some corn syrup all around the Rolo body. Dip your Rolo monster in a bowl of sprinkles until it is completely covered.
Push the colored toothpicks on top of the Rolo body.
Use a dot of melted chocolate on the Bright Confetti Quins to make them into eyes.
Stick the eye on top of the toothpicks with a small amount of melted chocolate.
