However, what impressed me most was that they had plus size costumes and a lot of them. Even though more than half of America is heavy, most stores seem to forget that and only have things for size 2 (aff) people. Yandy went over and beyond my expectations. I could really find anything I wanted to be. I went with the Scarlet Witch myself. I was impressed that for the cost I also received a belt and the witch's hat. Normally, that stuff all comes separate. I definitely didn't feel like I was getting nickeled and dimed to death! For less than $60, I was able to get my costume and shipping! What a great deal!

  3. Horrible website, horrible customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered a size small/medium in women's and when my shipment came it was like a children's size! And they wont take it back! Never again will I order off this website. All they told me was that it's a "Manufacture's Issue"

  4. This website has the WORST customer service! First, I had a coupon code that had no listed restrictions. When the coupon code did not work I activated the on-line customer service. It took 40 minutes for the representative to finally tell me that the coupon won't work on sell items. Okay. List that with the coupon code and I won't even try. Next, they listed an item for the wrong price on the site and then wouldn't honor the price. Instead, I waited another 40-55 minutes for them to "fix it" while I was told to be "patient". Really? Did the customer service rep really just tell me to patient after I've been waiting 40 minutes? In the end, they changed the price on-line while I watched and then told me it was listed correctly. Don't try to purchase anything from this website.

  5. Never received the package. Worst customer service ever. I waited an extra week to see if it would arrive and then I called in to ask about it and the lady immediately starting giving me huge attitude about how I waited to long and implying that I received the package but was lying about it. She wouldn't stop giving me shit so I eventually just hung up.
