The Big Wide-Mouthed Frog

The Big Wide-Mouthed Frog is a great book to introduce your little ones to animals and what they eat. The story is about a big wide mouthed frog who goes around talking to other animals and finding out what they eat. Some examples of the animals are an ostrich, koala, and kangeroo. I love the illustrations in this book too. They are full page and are very colorful. They definitely caught my little ones attention. This is a hit here and will be in your house too (especially for any frog fans out there!)

My 6-year-old brought "The Big Wide-Mouthed Frog" home as a borrow-book from his school library.
I had so much fun reading it – and the ending is hilarious!
My son loved it too, he had read it with his class before so he re-enacted the last scene where the frog hops away for me – I was impressed and amuzed!
Recommend this book to any person, any age with a good sense of humor 🙂
