Throw Back Thursday On Netflix

Ever geek-out with your kids over which superhero has the coolest super powers? Or sing theScooby Dootheme song and subsequently begin speaking only in words that start with ‘R’? There’s something pretty awesome about connecting with your kids over something you loved when you were young. It offers kids a glimpse into what you were like as a kid yourself and gives you a way to relive your childhood. I know that my kids are always amazed when my husband and I tell them we watched these shows when we were their age.

As it turns out, cartoons such as the new Netflix original seriesInspector GadgetandDanger Mouseare giving parents and their kids loads to bond over. Not only are the old-school classics we all grew up on more popular than ever, but new reboots are introducing a whole new generation to some of our most favorite characters.

    Netflix has an amazing selection of movies and shows to choose from. my favorite retro show is Bill Nye the Science guy. My kids used to love watching The Magic School Bus.
