Something You’ll Love – UGears Kits

We love a challenge in our house. That is why we were so excited to get the Ugears sets to play with from UKidzToys! A puzzle, a model, a kit — this is really what these all are.

Something You'll Love - UGears Kits

These fantastic 3D Self-assembly models are fun and educational and can be decorative. Each kit comes with clear step-by-step instructions to help you build each one. Steam-punk fantasy has inspired these kits with a clear view of all the moving components. Seeing the gears and pendulums creates a unique, unforgettable, and fascinating look of everyday (and not so everyday) machinery. The kits are made of plywood, do not require glue for the assembly, and everything you need comes in the package. These are oriented primarily for adults (14+ is on the box). However, we did these as a family. I've never put a model or kit together in my life. I was able to put one of these together pretty much by myself! (I had Bill help for two parts.) I've created two videos for the two kits we put together:

Now, this second kit is what I did. I loved it. The kids loved it. We've got them out for display in the house because they are so cool. We spent several hours putting together each one, but it was great for family time together, plus the kids love playing with them now!
