Countdown to Christmas: Voice Lessons To Go

With the economy the way it is, one of the many things parents have had to cut from their children's lives is music training.  With all the shows on TV now like American Idol, Nashville Star, and America's Got Talent, you can understand why kids want to improve their voice.  Your kids may not even be reaching that high — they may just want to get a part in the choir or play.  Private lessons have always been pretty costly, and depending on where you live, may or may not even be available.

Ariella Vaccarino has changed all of that.  Ariella is an opera singer and an experienced teacher based out of Los Angeles.  She is also the creator of Voice Lessons To Go.  Voice Lessons To Go is a 4 volume CD box set.  You can buy them as either a set or singly.  Volume 1 is called Vocalize and Breath.  It shows you singing warmups and breathing excercises.  Volume 2 is Do Re Mi Ear and Pitch Training.  It filled with vocal excercises.  It will improve your sense of pitch by concentrating on scales and chords.  Volume 3 is Pure Vowels.  It is compiled of vocalizes seperated by ah, ey, ee, oh, oo, and i.  Volume 4 is Stamina.  This is a group of vocal exercises to challenge and strengthen your abilities.  She also offers on her site the ability to submit your voice and receive a vocal assessment.  For $9.99, you can submit one minute.  If you spend $39.99, you are able to send 3 songs!  She will give you her full assessment and recommend song choices and exercises.  She'll also get back to you within one week with that!

With the range of products and pricing, there is definitely something for everyone.  This makes a great stocking stuffer or Christmas gift for the aspiring singer in your life.  Since I think this is such a great product, I had a set of these sent to me to give away to one of my lucky winners!  The winner of this giveaway will receive all four CDs!  Here's what you need to do:

  1. I would love to win this for my daughter. She loves to sing . Before our cross country move, she sang in the church children's choir. She looked forward to practices and even more to performances. I can't seem to find anything here and school choir is still several years away.

  2. My oldest daughter would LOVE this. She is a good singer but needs "help". we will eventually give her voice lessons but this is a great start

  3. I absolutely love this idea ! My son is in local theatre, he's in piano and guitar lessons and we just can't possibly add on vocal lessons. Since I know he won't be over here at your site, I can speak freely, right?
The child needs vocal lessons in the worst way!!!
I love the fact that this can be done at home and how wonderful that one can submit voice and get assessment. Why it's just like having an instructor!
I would LOVE to win this for my son.
I'm off to do all the extras I can.
Christmas recital is coming up and he wants to sing with his piano recital. OH NO!

  4. I'm sorry. Twitter is imabrat

Oh I'm so excited about this I'm getting all confused!!

    I don't get out much!

  6. Hope I win it's my Mother's birthday on the 20th of November and I cannot afford a gift so this would be ideal.

  7. My roommate's always wanted to take singing lessons and I don't know what's holding her back. This would be a perfect Christmas gift!

  8. I'd actually love to win this for myself. I sang in choir in high school and in college, I loved it. After I left college I never had formal training and I'm sure (I know) my voice has "rusted".

My fiance has begged me to sing since I told him I use to but I'm so afraid of what will croak out of my throat if I try. I'd love to be trained again and sing for him as a wedding gift.

  9. My daughter would love to take voice lessons and I can't afford them. This would be a great help for her to give it a try.

  10. Ever since I lost my voice from a bad bad case of laryngitis over seas I have been trying just about everything to get my voice back. Maybe this can help.

  11. I took voice lessons for many years, and really miss them. But they're not in my budget anymore, so I'd love this!

  12. I would love to have something like this. I can't carry a tune at all. I know it's pretty bad when my son asks me not to sing since it hurts his ears. Out of the mouths of babes but the truth.

  13. I took voice lessons when I was in college and trying to get into musicals in theatre. It's been a long time, though, since I've done any singing besides in the car when I'm alone. I'd love to win this so that I can turn that alone-time in the car into something useful and after some practice, maybe I can even audition for a musical again.

  14. would love this for my twin daughters. They think they can't sing, would love to show them that it is the same as with their piano lessons. You learn through practice and knowledge. Thanks

  15. I would like to win this for my daughter, who sings along to all her favorite movie/TV theme songs.
    Thanks!

  16. 😆 My daughter wants to become a singer. She is taking chorus in school. I would love this prize to improve her singing voice.

  17. My brother in law loves to sing and does so often-in public. The problem is-he can't. I would love to have to give this as a gift for him. Maybe it would help him to work with what he's got. The family would appreciate it as much if not MORE than he would! 😆 Thanks!!!

  18. I'd love to learn how to sing. I'm going through menopause and my singing voice has dropped down to a deep bass. I give myself headaches when I try to sing.

  19. I'm toooo excited to see this! My daughter is amazing (to me), but I would love to make sure she is doing everything right and isn't hurting her voice in any way (because girl, she belts!). Thanks so much for the opportunity to win it!
