Despite the challenges, the characters remain happy and united in the end. The illustrations are fantastic, and the story is written in verse, with the 2nd and 4th lines on each page rhyming. Overall, it’s a delightful children’s book.

Underwear is funny for children, and many would find Underwear Dos and Donts funny, too. The dos and don’ts are goofy (like “Do put your clean underwear away, but don’t put it in the freezer”). The book has big, bright pictures illustrating each do and don’t. As an adult, I struggled not to giggle at this book. It gets two thumbs up from me, and every preschooler in your life will love this book!
