Equipment
- mixing bowl
- food processor
- small sauce pan
Ingredients
- 1 cup quartered Strawberries stems removed
- ⅓ cup Sugar
- 2 C Whole Milk
- ½ C Nestle white chocolate chips
- mini-marshmallows
- peeps
- whipped cream
- sprinkles
Instructions
- Wash and pat dry your strawberries
- Slice your strawberries into quarters and remove the stems.
- Add your strawberries into a small bowl.
- Add sugar, and set to the side for 30 minutes.
- Place strawberries in food processor and puree.
- In a small sauce pan, bring your milk to a boil on medium heat.
- Once boiling, lower the heat to low and add the white chocolate chips stir to melt the chocolate. Be sure NOT to scorch the milk or chocolate
- Once the chocolate is melted add the strawberry puree and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Stir until well combined.
- Pour into mug and add toppings.
