How will you be getting into shape in 2015? As many of you know, Bill and I collectively lost 100 lbs and 70 inches in the last six months. Our goal for 2015 is to keep that weight off! (I'd like to lose about 10 more pounds, but if I can maintain the weight I am now I will be happy!).

For me, music is a key element in weight loss. Years ago I lost 67 pounds. My exercise method of choice was a stationary bike. I listened to my favorite song up really loud over and over again for 50 minutes each day, 7 days a week as I rode that bike. It kept me focused and happy. I’m sure my family would have much preferred I had these earbuds!!
I walk 6 days a week and I can’t tell you how many times I hit the cord with my hands! These would be perfect for a cordless walk (especially with a dog who sporadically jumps up and yanks at the cord!)
Maybe with these neat headphones I will actually go running…. when it warms up… 🙂 My husband would love these for the gym!
