10 AM- INDEPENDENCE DAY – 95TH STREET PARADE
The 6th annual Fourth of July Parade brings together our community and it is truly a family event. The hometown flair of the parade makes it unique and great fun. The parade consists of over 100 entries which include military color guards to mascots, antique cars, dignitaries, parade units and marchers of all ages. The parade route will begin westbound on the north side of 95th Street from 51st Avenue to 55th Ct. Parade kickoff is at 10:00 a.m.
11AM – 3PM – STAR SPANGLED 4TH FAMILY FESTIVAL
A full day of Old-Fashioned holiday fun for the family and friends at Centennial Park – 93rd & Nashville. Events include:
• 3-oN 3 basketball • treasure hunt• bingo • obstacle course• hockey activity• tot games & crafts • games• giant inflatable slide• kid’s tattoos • free play area• pony rides
7:30PM – 8PM – FREE EVENING ENTERTAINMENT
Richards High School ( 106th & Central Ave. ) is the nighttime place to be for live entertainment.

DUSK – FABULOUS FIREWORKS SHOW
The Grand Finale of a fun-filled day can only be FIREWORKS !!! Sponsored by The Village of Oak Lawn and The Oak Lawn Park District.You don’t want to miss it. General seating will be available in the bleachers at the Richard’s High School football stadium. VIP seating on the field only. If you cannot make it to Richard’s High School, bring a blanket or lawn
chair and sit back in the open field at the South Side Baptist School located at 5220 W. 105th Street and enjoy the show.
