Meet Pocoyo

Pocoyo is an international superstar who made his debut on Nick Jr earlier this summer. However, it wasn't until recently I became aware of his presence.

The kids and I recently watched Meet Pocoyo, and I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. Meet Pocoyo was created to engage, entertain, and educate preschool age kids. (Madison like it too and she's in first grade). I couldn't get over how “simple” it all was. There wasn't a background to distract the kids, and it was just overall cute. In the seven stories on the DVD, Pocoyo makes music, blows bubbles, solves puzzles, and even watches an egg hatch! The DVD is 47 minutes which is perfect for this age set. I can definitely see why this is a hit. As a mom, I have no problem with my kids watching Meet Pocoyo. I'm hoping to see more of him!
