Sid The Science Kid: Everybody Move Your Feet

I had no idea that Sid The Science Kid had expanded into books until recently. We are huge Sid The Science Kid fans. Sid has a way to entrance both my 6 yr old and my 2 yr old.

Sid The Science Kid: Everybody Move Your Feet is a great book. May is National Physical Fitness Month and this book is about getting up and moving around! Sid wants to sit and watch TV all weekend. However, he learns that he'll feel horrible if he does that! At school, he learns about how to stay healthy. This book definitely held my kids attention. I personally loved how at the end of the book that they go on to explain your pulse (which is something they allude to in the actual story).

Heading into summer, Everybody Move Your Feet is a great book to help explain to your kids why they have to go outside to play!
