Why Have You Done So Well On Nutrisystem? – #NSNation Update Week 41 #samp

One of the questions I have actually gotten a lot is “why do you think you've done so well with Nutrisystem?”. I think there is a multifaceted answer to that.

First, Nutrisystem takes the guess work out. You don't have to get so concerned over calories or points or anything. You order your food each month and then decide each day what to eat. It is seriously that easy.

Nutrisystem offers a picky eater foods that I like. Chocolate cake. Chocolate Chip Granola Bars. Pizza. Hamburgers. They have frozen food meals you can get too depending on what plan you are on. I do like the frozen foods a little more. However, they aren't as portable as my lunch bars!

Support. Nutrisystem offers so much support. I've called in to talk to them regarding foods and exercise. They want you to do this healthy. They want you to make a lifestyle change. Plus, my own person contact (hi Meredith) as a Nutrisystem blogger has been my biggest cheerleader. She deserves a raise. 🙂 I actually look forward to her responses each week because they help me get through the next week.

I have also figured out how to work the program and actually occasionally eat out. Nutrisystem actually taught me to make better food choices when we do go out to eat!

Accountability to you all. This is a huge factor for me. I know I have to tell you all each week how I've done. It definitely keeps me from cheating!

This last weekend we went to Green Bay. That means, I ate out one meal a day on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I didn't work out as much as I should have either. That being said — I lost 2.2 lbs! That brings my total weight down to 68 lbs! I will admit that I did get a little teary eyed over that. I am hoping to get to 70 lbs. before my contract is up with Nutrisystem!

THIS WEEKS WEIGHT LOSS: 2.2lbs
